Delivery Information

Shipping Costs & Times Some shippin methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. However, this service is not available for all orders. You will have the possibility to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchase page.
Orders placed are normally delivered the next working day after the order is placed. Shipments within the EU can take over 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.

Orders that are shipped with Tracking numbers tend to arrive more quickly. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier you will receive a Tracking number which will provide you with details on the delivery situation.

1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who take responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for their replacement.

3. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.

Refunds are possible, by the shipper, if the shipment is insured. Outbound shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable. The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
